The cycle also includes the cut of the wheel's central part, which,
however, can be excluded.
The product is transported by means of a conveyor belt on which
the operator lays the wheel, which is automatically moved inside
the machine without ever interrupting the cycle.
After they are cut, the slices/wedges are moved outside the machine through a conveyor belt and can fall on a rotating table, be taken by an operator directly from the belt or be taken by a manipulator (not included, but it can be installed), which aligns them for weight control before the packing phase.

The line is used to obtain, at a fixed weight, slices from semi-hard
cheese (Asiago, Roman Pecorino) or wedges if the machine
works with hard cheese (such as Parmesan cheese or Grana
Padano). In the second case, the wheel is first divided into disks
from which wedges are then obtained.
