This system is made of:
A ) VACUUM CONVEYORS, selected based on the characteristics of the product to be transported and an estimate of its capacity.
B ) Tubular SELF-SUPPORTING FRAME in Aisi 304 with micro-blasted finishing. Its self-supporting structure allows housing the transporter in column, with the receiving hopper below and the control panel
C ) RECEIVING HOPPER in Aisi 304 with 60 litres capacity, equipped with fluidization valve on the manual DN 50 product gripping point. The hopper is equipped with 2 level sensors that will determine the minimum and the maximum level, and both will interface with the control panel.
D ) SYSTEM CONTROL PANEL. The control logic of the system is performed by a PLC, whose function is to control both inputs and outputs allowing to modify the cycle times
Using this system, the unprocessed product is recovered and accumulated in the receiving hopper (C). From here, it can be released again in the production cycle by means of the transport system currently in use. The selection of the gripping point from the original or recovered product, to start the product processing, can be done automatically by adding the valves controlled from the external panel which are to determine the product gripping point based on the level present in the receiving hopper (C).
